  • Objective: Organise and sort the belongings to determine what to keep, donate, sell, or dispose of. We also refer to our contract partners for formal valuations on required items.

  • Process: Our team assists in categorizing items, providing guidance on sentimental value, and ensuring that everything is handled respectfully. We offer a detailed checklist to streamline this process.


3. Donating, Selling &  Items

  • Objective: Support local charities by donating items in good condition. Generate proceeds from the sale of valuable items.

  • Process: We coordinate the donation of suitable items to trusted local charities, ensuring that they benefit those in need. A portion of our fees is also donated to charity, reinforcing our commitment to giving back. We handle the advertising, communication, and coordination of selling items through appropriate channels, ensuring maximum value is achieved.


4. Inventory and Disbursement

  • Objective: Provide a detailed account of sold items and proceeds.

  • Process: We maintain a comprehensive inventory of all items sold and provide a full accounting of the proceeds, ensuring that 100% of the funds from the sold items go to the client.


5. Final Property Clearance

  • Objective: Prepare the property for sale or handover.

  • Process: We coordinate the removal and disposal of any remaining items, ensuring the property is left clean and ready for its next chapter.
